Diabetics at Pizza Hut

Pizza is neither a great meal nor the worst for diabetes. All you need is some fact check and monitoring while ordering your pizza. Diabetics can opt for thin crust or skinny pizza at Pizza Hut and avoid the cheese topping to cut down on the excess fat and sodium. If you have diabetes, then ensure to check your portion size when you order a pizza. One or max. two slices are enough. You can also avoid meat if possible and go for wings as a meat option.

Foods to Avoid at Pizza Hut for Diabetics:

You must avoid Meat Lovers Pizza with Original Pan Crust as it contains over 1000mg sodium and will add 470 calories in your meal. You should also skip Super Supreme Pizza Large Original Pan Slice which is too high in sodium and fat. Chicken wings are often tempting but you must control and restrict yourself from ordering Traditional Honey BBQ Bone-in Wings as it can add up to your sugar levels if you eat too many. On average, a person orders or consumes six chicken wings pieces in a day.

Sides must be avoided at all costs especially if it's Bacon Cheddar Fries with Ranch Dipping Cup for its high sodium content. You must also avoid New York Style Cheesecake with Applesauce as dessert as one slice of this dessert item contains 86g sugar. Pizza Hut also offers other Italian dishes such as Pasta. However, you must skip Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meatballs and Garlic Bread as it is too high in sodium and sugar.

High Cholesterol at Pizza Hut

Whether large, medium or small, a pizza can boost your cholesterol levels instantly. You shouldn't eat more than one slice of any pizza your order at Pizza Hut. If you're concerned with your high cholesterol, then it is wise to take your friends to Pizza Hut and share pizza among them slice by slice. You can also try pasta at Pizza Hut but ensure that you are not adding any dressing or extra cheese as you order pasta.

I have wanted to try Pizzera Gregario for quite a while now. My parents were in town so we decided to drive over for a bite to eat on Friday night. We arrived and the restaurant was full, except for 2 empty 2-person tables. We waited around for a few minutes until someone came out from the back to help us. We were informed by a gentleman, maybe the manager or owner, that the wait would be 30-40 minutes because there was a party of 6 waiting. We put our name in and were about to leave when we saw a four-top open up. We were told that would be our table - so really, the wait was only 5 minutes. There were at least 3 parties waiting to be seated and instead of getting everyone seated quickly, the gentleman who quoted us the 30-40-minute wait spent his time triple wiping the tables and stacking water glasses. We ordered our food at the counter (this was not clearly explained) and were told we were not allowed to pay when we ordered but instead had to pay after we ate (uhh what?). We ordered the beet salad, roasted vegetable salad, trio of dips, and a margarita pizza with bacon. The salads came out first...the beet salad was so salty it was inedible. I actually spit out the one bite I took, which I haven't done since I was a child. Our "waitress" (there really aren't waitresses) took it back for us and said she would take it off the bill. The roasted vegetable salad was better, but the salad portions were SMALL. I am not one to typically complain about portion size, but these were small portions. The pizza came out next (we kept wondering when our appetizer dip trio would arrive). The pizza was very good. The crust was perfectly charred, though the dough under the toppings was a bit flimsy. Lastly came our dip trio. The bread was delicious (their pizza dough brushed with olive oil and za'atar), but the dips themselves were insanely small portions (aka a rip-off) and included tzaziki, baba ganoush, and a garlic spread (which tasted like garlic and mayo mixed). The tzaziki and baba were good, but the garlic spread was terrible. Overall, the pizza was really good but the organization and management was a mess. Like really, a mess. I am shocked this place is successful given the inefficiencies. And I really felt like the pricepoint was quite high for the portions for the salads and dip trio. I might get pizza again for take-out, but would never dine-in again.

Sit at the counter and have Greg give you a master class in pizza making. Great pizza with a focus on fresh ingredients.

This is my go to favorite place for food! It's not your typical pizza place is a farm to table experience! It's fresh ingredients and creative execution is perfection. They have local craft beers and an amazing staff. I bring all my friends here for pizza and they all leave with full bellies and spirits!

I had a margherita with pepperoni and house made bacon added. It was easily one of the best pies I've ever eaten. The crust was perfectly charred and soft, I easily ate the whole pie to myself. I came back again this week and had a four cheese with fennel sausage and house smoked bacon. I cannot reiterate enough - the house smoked bacon is what dreams are made of. The sausage was absolutely perfect as well. With such high quality ingredients you really can't go wrong with anything here. It is worth every penny. The restaurant staff is friendly and the place has a very nice vibe as well. Four craft beer taps is a nice bonus. Must visit!

Took a couple of new friends here last week. Both are from New Jersey and they know great pizza when they have it. As always Greg was cheerful, and fairly busy. My friends complimented my choice of pizza restaurants, better yet, they are committed to return with more friends. I'm leaving for home near Chicago in a couple of days and I have to say I'll miss this place. See you in October Greg!!!!

This is an authentic wood fired oven pizza place. The chef uses local producers and there are some unusual offerings. Also some gourmet salads. The place is quirky. You order at the back counter and the order is ziplined over to the oven and salad prep area. I tried the spec which had coppo, pine nuts, greens, and sun dried tomato "sauce". It was a bit salty and the crust had a bit of a burnt taste (maybe olive oil or egg wash would help?). But it was still quite wholesome and interesting. The sun dried tomato was flavorful but not detectable as a sauce and I felt it needed a bit of sauce to cut and balance the salty overtones. I still gobbled most of it down even after three tacos from the touristy scam place on main street.. :P There's a pitcher of water to serve yourself. It's a bit of a Pizza Nazi feel with the whole "you will be charge $15 for any food you bring in and $5 for any outside beverages, but the chef definitely takes his practice seriously. I will try the margherita pizza next time. This is definitely real deal wood fired oven pizza and worth checking out. :) You can also build your own pizza. Oh and the place is in a residential bungalow setting which is kind of fun. :)

Great pizza if you don't mind a large portion of "pretentiousness" served with it. Greeter had to wait for my wife to enter, so she could present the menu, then bows and waves toward a chalkboard and stands there with an awkward silence. They have a bar in front of the preparation and pizza oven. With signs that read "You know that song - Lean on me - Well don't" What's the point of a bar if you can't lean on it. There were three empty tables but they had reserved signs on them, nobody offered us seats so we were just standing there awkward AGAIN!! So we just took the pizza to go, which was not our original intent when we went "OUT" for dinner. It was very good pizza and certainly better than anything I've tried locally and more expensive too, but I doubt I'll be visiting again, its pizza your making, not Haute Cuisine, get over yourselves

Had the Lombardy - the bresaola (marinated thin sliced beef) added just the right acidity to the slightly bitter arugula. Crust was perfectly charred and thin but not too thin. Dining area is small but nicely laid out. Fast casual style service was prompt and staff was very friendly.

Pizza was decent, I guess I'm not really a fan of the burnt bits. Which both times I've ordered pizza there was a good amount of burn on it. I guess that's the way a wood fire pizza comes out, just not my thing. in an earlier review someone mentioned "pretentiousness" I got that vibe as well. I felt I had to have everything explained to me from how to order to what things on the menu consisted of. Like the dip spread which doesn't explain what the spreads are. We also ordered a salad. it seemed pretty pricy for how small it was and it also seemed like they grabbed whatever was left in the fridge and threw it in the the salad. But beyond that the pizza is good. Just be prepared to read a lot of smart signs about what they do and don't don't do and where you can lean and where you can not...I don't know, some people may like that. I just found it all a little off putting ...like the restaurant equivalent of dealing with an attitudinal teenager.

Ok, this is not your normal Pizza parlor, but in a good way. First the place is very small with very limited seating, they have a bar with 4 chairs and maybe 6 tables so you will have to wait on busy nights. They only have beer, tea and soda, no wine but we did see people bringing in there own bottles. But.,., the pizza and salads are fantastic, they also have meat balls served 2 ways only, no pasta ( I said it's not your normal Pizza joint ) no desert. All vegetables are locally grown and they have a list of all the growers. This place is worth the wait!

Cute little renovated house in Safety Harbor, just a bit off the main drag. They have a tiny parking lot behind the house, and it looked like there was on-street parking too. You walk in, figure out what you want to order by staring at the huge chalkboard on the wall, then place your order at the counter. You don't pay then - they give you a stuffed animal or toy (your 'number'), and then you take a seat at one of the eight or so tables, and they bring your food out to you. We shared the special salad of the day, a sweet potato salad, which was an unusual combination of cooked sweet potato, pine nuts, lettuce, and dressing. A bit odd to me, but still good. For my meal I had the 12" Margherita Pizza with tomato, basil & mozzarella. Perfectly cooked, with a thin but firm crust, it was delicious. We didn't have time for dessert, but I want to come back because they make root beer floats with their homemade caramel ice cream - and you have your choice of regular root beer, or "adult" root beer, which they have on tap, along with a few other beers. Certainly not the best pizza in the Tampa Bay area, but good enough, served in a location with lots of charm, utilizing the freshest of ingredients. I'll be back!

Well, I am kicking myself for not going here sooner! I had the gluten free. Mushroom pizza and added pepperoni. It was sooooo good! Great flavor! I think it was around $13. I don't mind paying for good quality food, and this is! I got takeout and everyone working there greeted me, asked if I had been there before and encouraged me to dine in. Can't wait to go back and try another pizza!

Great place...Friendly Service. Fire Oven Pizza, tasty Meatballs.. Local beer on tap. Unique place for sure. Pizza's are smaller than I expected do order one per person. A little pricing but it's well worth it because the ingredients are so fresh! I'll for sure be back!

Everything here is top notch. Woodfired pizza at its best. Everything is sourced and sustainably produced. Everything on the menu is special somehow. Try the meatballs, salads, but get there before Jimmy or you won't get any meatballs. You can't go wrong here.

We have had every pizza on the menu and each one was better than the last. The salads are amazing. This is a great restaurant with a down home family feel. If you are looking for someplace near Safety Harbor, Pizzeria Gregario is a must.

I figured I would write a quick review before I fall into a food-induced coma. Pizza Gregario is located on a side street in downtown Safety Harbor not too far from the pier. When I inquired as to why they weren't open for lunch, I was told that they did when they first opened, but lunch business was not cost effective. I can understand why because they are not located on Main Street. They have only been open for 14 months. I bookmarked this place awhile ago, but every time I had a pizza craving it was usually around lunchtime and they weren't open. Finally, my craving kicked in at the right time and I made the drive here. As I stepped in, I could tell right away this wasn't a typical pizza place. One of the owners greeted me right away and asked if it was my first time there. When I said yes he quickly pointed out the menu to me which was hard to miss since it was a huge blackboard. The board states their veggies, and meat are all sourced locally. Locally grown organics and grass fed meat. Quality you can really taste because of this. After looking over the menu, I decided on the caesar salad, beet salad, market salad, margherita pizza, and Eh Mate pizza. As I waited for my order, I got to talk with one of the owners. It's two brothers who own Pizza Gregario. They are from the New England area and came here about 2 years ago. Both owners were really nice and made you feel welcomed. The order was sent by a clothesline like string from the cashier counter to the counter where the order was to be made which was cool. The Caesar salad with romaine lettuce, manchego cheese, lemon anchovy dressing and soft pita was very good. I thought the pita added a different dimension and spin on the typical caesar salad. The salad wasn't drenched in dressing nor was it lacking dressing. It is perfectly balanced which is their motto. The warm beet salad was my favorite salad by far. The beets, onions, cheese and lemon garlic vinaigrette all combined in a harmonious balance. I added their housemade bacon and sausage to the margherita pizza because my motto is, "no meat, no eat". At Pizza Gregario, they don't load their pizzas with massive amounts of cheese or sauce so as to mask the true ingredients of their pizza pies. They offer 9 inch and 13 inch pizza pies. The pizza is light and airy, but loaded with substance. You can also build your own pizza. I loved the Eh Mate pizza, and can I say, Good job Mate?! The arugula, sausage, candied nuts, fig balsamic and gorgonzola cheese looked and tasted amazing. It was like a yummy salad on pizza crust. Pizza Gregario has given me a reason to make the jaunt to downtown Safety Harbor more often. I will definitely need to come back and try their other pizza pies. The only negative is that I have to drive so far to get home with the intoxicating smell of yumminess in the car!

We enjoyed our first visit to this stylish and off-the-beaten track locals spot quite a bit. The staff who greeted us and cooked the pies were excited about both their pizzas and top quality locally sourced, and in-house prepared ingredients! We decided to order both salads and pizzas which turned out to be the right move! My Caesar was super tasty with a clearly homemade dressing. My wife's beet salad was also fresh and perfecto. Then, the pizza... Zowie! It was homemade, crispy and thin, like real northern Italian pizza but you could eat it in folded slices, like the best New York pizza. Who could ask for more? One important point. They take credit cards but tips are cash only. I don't get it so please don't ask me. We will return. We've found our new favorite Safety Harbor spot to avoid cooking.

Shocked to find a place like this in Safety Harbor! This farm to table family run pizza place is quirky friendly and amazingly delicious! the menu has a number of consistent items and then several seasonal rotating specialties including pieces spreads and dips and outstanding salads. Salad perhaps does not do the dish justice - - there are so many delicious seasonal fresh herbs and vegetables making it a unique experience each time. Too many pizzas to describe the eloquence of the beach - - the margarita is his award-winning pie, but anything made on that 100 year old sourdough starter, hand cooked in the wood oven it's delicious! Most can be made vegetarian as well. They serve only real beer and wine here - - not watered down excuses like bud light. You order at the counter then sit down at the table... Its informal but no one there is pushy. Wait around you'll get served, outdoor seating as well. They take MasterCard and Visa but tips are cash only so bring some cash to reward this amazing food and service. Great to support delicious food - - best pizza in Tampa Bay! And its farm-to-table and eco-friendly. Everytime I pick up a Tampa Bay food magazine there's a feature on this place. Off to have me a market salad and a vegetarian Lombardi pizza!

Unique, Fresh, Delicious & Fast Pizza in The Harbor! My husband & I tried Pizzeria Gregario for the 1st time recently. We both thought they offered a very good selection & unique atmosphere. We sat at the counter near the pizza oven & got to talk to the owner who is very passionate about his business & friendly. We ordered the mushroom pizza & it was delicious. We could tell all the ingredients were fresh & liked that they use all local vendors. The restaurant was busy but we didn't have to wait long to get our pizza. We will be back for sure & think it is a must try for a different (& close to guilt free) pizza experience in the harbor.

To begin with they make the best pizza I've ever had, and the obvious care and pride that's involved with its preparation only makes the entire dinning experience a pure pleasure. Wonderful place, wonderful people, TRY IT!

Wow, this was by far one of the most fabulous pizza experiences in the area! What better of an experience than the pizza oven right in the dining room. I love the counter that sits right at the assembly area and the pizza oven. There is a wide selection of menu items, and of course if you are a drinker they have some good beer and wine selections as well. The pizza was delicious, tasted fresh, and very unique as opposed to the traditional pizza-by-the-dozen 'restaurant.' I was overly impressed with the service, which is a rarity to me since I'm so picky. We had our 3 hooligans this time and the service staff were very friendly and interactive with them. They even offered a quick snack of pita bread in a pinch of the littlest hooligan needing a snack before our food was ready. That was a Wonder Woman move for our server, right there! :) There were two really strange things with our experience that I'd like to mention though. They do have table service, but require you to take your bill to the counter to pay. It seemed a little odd in such a small place, especially with someone already coming back and forth to the table....but hey, policy is policy. Second thing, they do take credit card as a form of payment. Good thing for people like me that rarely carries cash, but hey - you can't add a tip on to that credit card! You have to pay tips in cash. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt when saying not sure why they do it :) Boy did we feel dumb after they took such good care of us and didn't have any cash on hand! The server was very gracious, appearing as if this wasn't the first time it had happened, and accepted an IOU. So bring cash especially if your server takes good care of you! Overall very pleasant experience, will definitely be back!

This is not "a pizza place." It's a foodie heaven for people who love local. You can taste the freshness of every farm-to-table ingredient, and the flavor combinations are perfect and surprising. The only thing better than the food (and the local craft beer--bonus!) is the people. Everyone from server to chef is super-cool and genuinely psyched to be there. In short, this place is amazing and if you're reading this you should definitely go. You're welcome.

After moving here last year I have found myself looking for the best pizza in the area. This placed was recommended by a work buddy and after some looking into (the restaurants website & Facebook) it looked amazing! Parking was easy and there is a quaint family feel when you walk into this little revamped home. There are bigger tables to the right and a bar with quite a few stools to your left. The concept of how you order is very cute and while the menu is small it all sounds delish! The two of us ordered a make your own pizza, Cesar salad, and each got 1 beer. (((The bill came close to $40!!!!))) and headed out front where there are picnic tables. Or beers and salad came out very quickly and the salad was delicious although a little heavily dressed for my taste! I'm not sure if it was worth the almost 9$ for a medium bowl of lettuce, dressing a few homemade croutons. When our pizza came out it's safe to say we were very disappointed! It was incredibly small and very well done. To the point where the crust was black! Its very small & very thin pizza which is not our style. We got bacon on it and it was very fatty,we actually picked most of it off. This place gets rave reviews, so maybe it's just us, but we were not impressed!

Who doesn't love pizza! Pizzeria Gregario is in Safety harbor off of Main Street. I decided to take my son on a date. It's always an experience in itself eating with a two year old. We walked in and went to find a table and the "hostess" asked if I been here before. So, the process is a little different from most restaurants. This is the important part, pay attention. You order off a blackboard, if you know me well, I love blackboards! After you find what you want, which their menu consist of pizzas, salads, specials, and some non-pizza items (I can't remember what those items are. This is when you have no time to think because the little 2 year old monster is hungry and wants to touch everything around him... ahhh don't pull that customer hair... opps sorry!) They only have 12 inches pizza, little much for the little guy and I, but oh well, let's hurry up and order. The Roni - traditional pepperoni pizza! You grab your "toy" item, we got a beanie baby, sit down, and wait for your pizza. Here is what you are looking, the review on the food. The dough is chewy and thin, YUM! The sauce is on the sour side for me. It's not too bad, but I like my sauce a little more on the sweeter side. It was a good pizza, I really like the chewy crust! You really can't go wrong with a pepperoni pizza, yeah I know boring. Some of my customers were there, their pizza look amazing! I'll have to go back for some of their signature pizzas. For check out, you have to go back to the counter to pay. Heads up, they don't take credit card tip. I didn't have cash on me. Being in the food industry, I felt crumbly that I stiff them. The vibe of the place is awesome! It a little house full of friends and neighbors. Everyone seems to know everyone! One reason why I really love the safety harbor area. I would like to go back with the hubby, it's a good date night kinda of place.

Our first visit and all we can say is WOW WOW. PERHAPS the best pizza I have ever tasted. The crust which I usually throw await Not theirs. We did not even leave a crumb. The best of the best. We have been so disappointed by the low quality in so many local restaurants. The food comes and it looks good but after the meal. U say to yourself. THAT WASNT THAT GOOD. BUT NOT THERE. THEY have raised the bar. We give it ten stars out of ten.

So good! This is a tiny little place, but don't let that fool you. I was blown away by our meal, and definitely am planning a return visit in the near future. The menu is simple, and written up on a chalkboard on the wall. If you were like us and had never dined at Pizzeria Gregario before, the setup might be a bit confusing. The place was packed when we first walked in, and we were told we could wait. No worries; we grabbed a glass of wine and mingled amongst ourselves. When our table was ready, we were told we could sit down...but no one mentioned anything after that. We sat down at our table...waited a while...and no one came up to us. It took us about 10 minutes to realize that you have to order your food and drink at the counter; no one had told us! No big deal in the grand scheme of things, but we felt pretty foolish for not realizing at first! We had an amazing salad (split between the table), and two spectacular pizzas (hello: arugula, bacon, and egg!). The dough was crisp, the ingredients were cooked perfectly, and the flavors were balanced. They know what they're doing! Everyone working at Pizzeria Gregario was friendly; it was a great experience. We know we'll be back very soon!

Amazing pizza I had a mushroom pizza and my wife and i loved it. We will be back. A little pricey but you get what you pay for, great quality food. We sat at the bar by the oven because there were no available tables which also tells me the pizza must be good, it is a very warm spot. If you do choose to sit at the bar you get to chat with the owner and pizza chef which is a good thing. It was an educational experience on how he procures the pizza ingredients. All fresh. All local. Very cool. Cool ambiance with the menu written on a chalkboard, makes it easy for them to change around the pizza choices based upon ingredients available to them. Some light music could add to the ambiance of the place. They do have beer and wine. Not currently open for lunch :(

What a find in Safety Harbor! Local, fresh ingredients here? These folks did some research to create a place everyday people and the environmentalist can share a pizza at a very reasonable price. If your in Safety Harbor, this is one place you don't want to miss.

Very overpriced. I do not recommend dining in either, very loud and crowded. There are much better pizza restaurants in this area

Nice place with a good friendly vibe inside. Pizza is a little on the small an expensive side but the freshness of it makes up for that. Not a fan of their organic sodas though so try them at your own risk. Nice selection of beers and wine to go with your pie. All and all a nice little addition to the Downtown Safety Harbor food scene.

We were so happy with our meal and service, the ambiance is upscale casual and the food is delicious. We had the salad which has a great, light dressing. We also had the pizza with sausages and arugula and the margerite pizza wshich had a light fresh made wood fired crust. Definitely going back.

I'm a believer that simple, beautifully made pizza is one of the great culinary delights of this World. Pizzeria Gregario exceeds on all counts, making artisan pizza and wonderful salads while employing a farm to table concept. Everything is fresh and explodes with the flavors that only farm fresh, quality ingredients bring forth. The last time I've had produce this delicious was at one of Thomas Keller's restaurants in Napa. The various pizzas are beautifully balanced between flavor and texture. The brothers are also very friendly and welcoming to their guests. I'd like to come here on a weekly basis!

Another nice hidden spot to check out in safety harbor. The Greek "salad" though it isn't served like a traditional salad at all, is amazing. Margarita pizza always wins.

Dine alfresco! On top of great market-fresh pizza and salad options Greg now offers his great meatballs as a menu option. Best of all, with the weather cool and inviting, now you can enjoy those great Gregario dishes outdoors. Great spot

Great pizza!! Not your frozen pizza kinda place. This warmly inviting yellow house holds a small dining room and warm welcoming staff. The trio app, 2 pizza's, a white blend wine, lemonade and orange soda later we were in love. Mushroom and margarhita pizza were delicious. Crust cooked to perfection Local, sustainable food and wine, craft beer and some rocking jams make this place a hit with my family.

I ordered a pizza awhile back but got it to go which is really not the best way to 'test'. Finally last night we ordered 'in' and it was fantastic. Highly recommend this pizza, friendly staff and a really good find! Good Luck, hope people discover this gem.

This cute little spot in Safety Harbor offers a delicious variety of pizzas and has very friendly staff with great service. I've eaten here twice and both times I really enjoyed my pizza. We were really happy that they offer gluten free pizza and will allow you to customize your pie. Granted, as with most gluten free stuff, it isn't priced the same as the regular pies but to get gluten free we're happy to pay a bit more. When you order you are given a toy to place on your table. They use the toy to find you in the small dining room. We had a dinosaur once and a little stuffed Bill Clinton doll the second time. Too cute! I recommend this place for non-chain pizza and a great glass of wine.

Fairly new pizza place nearby in safety harbor. The owner is a cyclist which I like because most athletes are health conscious in their good choices. Luck for me they make Gluten free pizza! I was able to order a 9" personal gluten free pizza with pepperoni and mushrooms. All gluten free pizzas are 9" there so i imagine they pre make the gluten free dough for people with the allergy. Instead if a number they give you an item. The first trip was a dinosaur toy. This visit was a bill Clinton doll. Pretty fun atmosphere.

5 yummy stars for such a delightful pizza restaurant. Wish they were here in Sausalito, California. My partner and I ordered the 13" meatball pizza. Outstanding and plenty for two people. Loved the two guys that own this place. Exemplary customer service.

We loved this place! Everything is wonderfully fresh. We ordered 4 different pizzas (2 gluten free): all were dee-lish! It's difficult to find gluten free pizzas that don't taste like the crust is second rate; these were just as good as the non-GF crusts. We also shared salads and desserts, all was excellent. We will definitely come here again. BTW, Safety Harbor was an unexpectedly quaint Florida town, not like all the Spring Break beach towns or strip malls.

We had been hearing about this place for awhile and finally made it there. Okay, this is what a restaurant SHOULD be. Quaint, inviting, friendly, great at what they do, the whole package. We'll start at the door where we were greeted with a smile and a welcome from the owner/chef, who was preparing the pizzas by the real stone oven. We were instructed on how the ordering happens, which was easy and fun. Next we met the owner's brother, who was behind the counter taking the orders. He was GREAT! We ordered the small Fatoush (spelling) salad and the small Caesar salad to share. We also tried their special pizza, which had arugula, thinly sliced polish sausage, cheese and sauce on a sourdough crust. All I can say is BAM, BAM, BAM! They knocked it out of the park on all three selections. We finished with the peaches and cream dessert - to die for! There's nothing else to say. Just go there and take it all in. You will LOVE it!

It's been a lot of years since I've had an interesting slice of pizza. Lately, it all tastes like the cardboard take out box it comes in. But this... this was different. I called in and asked for the most popular pizza they sell. I ordered the "Sausage and Peppers" pizza to take home. While I was waiting I read the dessert menu and couldn't leave without getting the "Chocolate Pot De Creme". The aroma in my car on the way home nearly killed me, I was so hungry. And what a delight to taste a piece of pizza that was so flavorful and unique. Love the crispy crust. But the Pot De Creme. Wow, just wow! If you love chocolate you should't pass it up. Friendly staff, clean lovely atmosphere, but the food is the best!

Finally found good pizza in this area after a long search. Fresh veggies and house cured meats. Got a salad and the Eh Mate pizza, Amazing flavor combination. Talked with one of the owners awhile the few times I have been there and you can tell its a gem of a place. Go and sit there and then go across the street to get the White Sangria and walk around Safety Harbor.

Herbs growing oitside, sourdough baking inside. Twisted logic bring us a twist on Pizza in Safety Harbor. The Brothers that have brought this gem to our little town have bravely challenged convention with a very limited menu but every thing I have ordered has been excellent. The service is friendly and they strive to educate the southern palette what must be common in Val or San Francisco. Not for the papa johns crowd, but you deserve more than that!

First of all...the place is cute, friendly and clean and there is plenty of parking. The pizza I ordered combined prosciutto and roasted peppers. It arrived quickly and was perfectly cooked. The dough had a slight bitter taste but the chew was very nice. This pizza had several areas completely bare of sauce and that was disappointing because the sauce was tasty. The Mozzarella was fresh and of good quality, not shredded but sliced. It left no oily residue on the slice at all. All in all, a better than average pizza for Florida. On a 1 to 10 scale, I would give it a 7 and I reserve all 10's for Brooklyn NY where pizza perfection is spelled, GRAZIELLA'S

GREAT PIZZA, anitpastis and entres!!! I love that EVERYTHING his housemade and FRESH. They even cure their own bacon and make their own sausage. They focus on fresh, local, and healthy, and you can really taste the difference between real, whole ingredients here (as aposed to the processed, frozen, shipped ingredients at the chain restaurants) You can see the guy making everthing right in front of you, which is very cool. There's a fresh Herb garden outside too! EVERYTHING IS SOOOO Good. This place will be a regular for me!
